Residential Mortgages
I can help you secure a mortgage for buying your dream home, whether it be the first time you buy, or a few house moves down the line, there will be a mortgage deal to suit your needs. Mortgages can come with extra benefits, such as cash-back or free valuations, and depending on your needs & circumstances I will help you find the right mortgage for you. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
Buy-To-Let
If you are looking to invest your money into property then again I can search a wide range of Buy To Let deals. Whether you are a first time landlord or have a portfolio of properties, I am here for you. Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Not all Buy To Lets are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Remortgages
Its always worth checking that you have the best deal on your mortgage. Staying with the same lender as its 'easy' isn't always going to be the best financial decision. I will compare your existing lender with new deals and then work out the most cost effective option for you. Remortgage deals can often come with extra benefits such as free valuations & free legal work to help you make the change. You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage.
